They just move so slow. You can see the girls at the window holding conversations, putting on lip gloss, and just doing everything but getting your order together. Need better drive through people.

Terrible!! Ordered a chicken filet sandwich. When we got the sandwich, it had 3 small chicken nuggets on it for the chicken filet. I went inside the store and I was told they use chicken strips in place of the breast (If that is the size of thier chicken strips, that is a disgrace as well). They no longer use a chicken filet. I should have been told that upon ordering. Drive 10 minutes futher and eat some where else.

The food took 20 minutes to be prepared (there was 1 person in the restaurant in front of us & several behind us). The burger was okay. They slathered so much MAYONAISE on the hotdogs, my boys couldn't eat them. Maybe that's normal for Ward's, but they should warn people. They forgot several items from our order, we had to remind them twice about them. The root beer float was good, but not so good that we will ever return to a Ward's in the future.
